Description: Raspberries and developed characters on the nose. The palate was astringent with sweet fruit. The wine was delicate with a good acid balance. A very satisfying wine that was drinking at its peak.

Cabernet dAnjou. 376.Ros dAnjou is often slightly sweet and blended from Grolleau, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay grapes. Its the lowest quality of the three pink wines of the region. Grolleau is a traditional red grape of the Loire thats being phased out gradually and replaced by Cabernet Franc and Gamay. 377.Ros de Loire is always dry and must include at least 30 percent Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend.
